A Glimpse at
Franz′s Limited-Edition Collection
Over the last several years Franz Limited edition pieces have joined the ranks of fine art meaning collectors seeking these pieces are willing to pay ten times the original price.
Their enthusiasm proved to be contagious thus creating demand that exceeds the limited edition pieces available.
In 2005, Franz launched its Peach Blossom with Swallows Collection, a limited edition of 88 sets which sold out one month after its release, thus triggering a wave of collection craze. Collectors always regret having failed to obtain limited-edition pieces. As such, this section introduces several Franz collectibles that are already or soon to be out of circulation.

Five Lucky Cattle Painting
The Five Lucky Cattle Porcelain Vase draws on Five Oxen, a famous Chinese painting by Han Huang 1,300 years ago. As the oldest existing painting created on paper, this artwork was and still is preserved as a national treasure during China’s past dynasties.
A limited edition of 988 pieces, the scroll-shaped vase serves as an excellent home décor piece, giving one an impression that the five powerful and spirited cattle are walking out of the painting as if through a time tunnel. No wonder several collectors recently indicated they would like to buy a Five Lucky Cattle Porcelain Vase by paying ten times the original price.
