regardless of the difficulties involved. As legend has it, Ernest Wilson once traded one Blue Poppy for five nuggets of pure gold plus a Blue Poppy-shaped brooch made out of forty one diamonds. Moreover, Frank Kingdon-Ward, an English botanist and geographer, published a book entitled ‘In the Land of The Blue Poppies’, in which he highly praised the captivating charms of the Blue Poppy.
